Pre-order items are items that we DO NOT have on hand in our workshop (NOT IN STOCK). Therefore your pre-order item is paid in FULL at the time of purchase and shipped to you once available (IN STOCK).
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMES:
If a product can be purchased as a pre-order item, on the product details page you'll be able to see an estimated arrival date. This date, as the name suggests, is an estimate and should not be considered as the definitive arrival date. The estimated arrival date DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. We do our very best to dispatch pre-orders as soon as possible.
Once your item/s arrives at our workshop your parcel is then sent within 24/48 hours via Australia Post. (Delivery times vary depending on location, please contact Australia post to get estimated times)
ORDERING PRE-ORDER & AN IN-STORE ITEM/S:
When ordering an IN-STORE product (STOCK ON HAND) with your pre-order item/s, the order will not be sent out until your pre-order item/s has arrived at our workshop. If you are needing your IN-STORE item fast please split the order into two separate orders.
REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
If your pre-order item cannot be fulfilled due to supplier errors, we will contact you as soon as possible via email and advise a FULL refund OR store credit on the item/s. Please check all measurements before any purchase.
Cancellation of a pre-order is treated as a change of mind condition and therefore we cannot offer you a REFUND instead a store CREDIT will be granted. This also applies to late or delayed orders.
