You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. We recommend you to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
Damaged or faulty product
We take extreme care when packing our parcels, however if you’ve opened your Harlow and Oakley and something doesn't seem right, please email our team within 30 days at email@example.com with your order details and some photos of the fault. We'll then organise either a refund or replacement.
Change of mind
We can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchasing. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have tags removed, have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm a return before sending back.
Please note there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on any sale items or pre-orders.
