Exchanges & Refunds
You are welcome to return or exchange items within 14 days of dispatch. We recommend you to contact us via our contact us page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of recieving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on any sale items, pre-orders or for change of mind.
